Juyoung Yoon教授，韩国梨花女子大学化学与纳米科学部特聘教授，韩国科公司院士。1987年毕业于韩国首尔国立大学，获应用化学学士学位，1994年美国俄亥俄州立大学获有机化学博士学位，并先后在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校和美国斯克里普斯研究所从事博士后研究。1998年回到韩国入职新罗大学，并于2002年加盟韩国梨花女子大学。Yoon教授在其所从事的荧光探针，分子识别，新型有机功能材料等学术领域取得了卓越的成就，在韩国和国际上都享有较高知名度和影响力。截至目前，发表SCI收录论文340余篇，引用30000多次，H因子95。连续5年被列为化学领域高被引学者（2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018）。Yoon教授被多个学术机构聘为学术专家，如韩国化学会顾问指导委员、韩国化学会有机化学部管理委员会委员、国际期刊Dyes & Pigments的执行主编、Coordination Chemistry Reviews的副主编以及多个国际权威期刊（如Chemical Society Reviews, Scientific Reports, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, ACS Sensors, Chem, Sensors and Actuators B, Materials Chemistry Frontiers, Chinese Chemical Letters, ACS Omega, ACS Applied Bio Materials等）的顾问编委。在2008年获得韩国化学会“沈尚哲”奖；2010年获得梨花女子大学“杰出研究奖”；2011年获得韩国科技部“月度最佳科学家奖”；2012年获得“知识创新大奖”；2014年获得梨花女子大学“杰出教授”荣誉；2016年获得“韩国化学学会奖”及“梨花学术奖”；2019年获得“第二届韩国东丽科学奖”。
报告摘要:
Switchable phototheranostic nanomaterials are of particular interest for specific biosensing, high-quality imaging, and targeted therapy in the field of precision nanomedicine.1Here, we develop a “one-for-all” nanomaterial (NanoPcTBs) that self-assembles from flexible and versatile phthalocyanine building blocks.2Fluorescence and reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation could be triggered depending on a targeted, protein-induced, partial disassembly mechanism, which creates opportunities for low-background fluorescence imaging and activatable photodynamic therapy (PDT). We also reported a facile strategy to directly assemble a phthalocyanine photosensitizer (PcS) with an anticancer drug mitoxantrone (MA) to form uniform nanostructures (PcS-MA), which have the capability of undergoing nucleic acid-responsive disassembly.3On the other hand, thein vivospecific binding between albumin and PcS, arising from the disassembly of injected NanoPcS, was recently confirmed using an inducible transgenic mouse system.4In addition, we demonstrated that a new, nanostructured phthalocyanine assembly, NanoPcA, inherently possesses the ability to promote highly efficient ROS generation via the type I mechanism.5Finally, recent progress from our group on the fluorescent probes based onN-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) boranes for HOCl6will be also presented.
